NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS: MIAMI TOWNSHIP ELECTRIC POWER AND NATURAL GAS AGGREGATION
PLANS OF OPERATION AND GOVERNANCE
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Sections 4928.20(C) and 4929.26(C) of the Ohio Revised Code that the Miami Township Board of Trustees will hold two separate public hearings on the Miami Township Electric Power and Natural Gas Aggregation Plans of Operation and Governance. The first public meeting will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at 4:00 p.m., and the second public meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at 5:15 p.m. Both meetings will take place at the Miami Township Administration Building, located at 2700 Lyons Road, Miamisburg, Ohio 45342.
The Miami Township Electric Power and Natural Gas Aggregation Plans of Operation and Governance describe the policies and procedures by which Miami Township will carry out township electric and natural gas aggregation programs, including those policies and procedures relating to rates and customer service.
