Montgomery County’s appraisal contractor, Lexur Appraisal Services, will be performing field reviews of properties throughout Montgomery County until the end of November. According to the Montgomery County Auditor’s Office:
- All personnel assigned to the project will be wearing county-issued photo identification.
- Vehicles used in the project will be clearly marked with Montgomery County Photo & Data Collection decals.
- Project personnel are deputized to access driveways or private lanes and take measurements of properties.
- Work may be performed on both weekdays and weekends.
