Miami Township is included in the water advisory that is issued for Montgomery County. While our administrative offices have yet to receive official word, our township does use Montgomery County water services. Therefore, the township is under the advisory. You should boil your water as a precaution until further advised by Montgomery County officials.
For those wondering why the city of Miamisburg is not under a boil advisory, the city has its own water distribution system and does not rely on county water.
