The Miami Township Zoning Commission voted 4 – 0, Tuesday evening, May 15, 2018, to recommend approval of ZC #393-07: A Major Modification to the Preliminary Development Plan for Rivendell*.
At the same meeting, the Zoning Commission also voted 4 – 0, to recommend approval of ZC #413-13: A Major Modification to the Preliminary Development Plan for Dayton Christian Schools **.
The Board of Trustees will have public hearings and consideration for both cases at its Tuesday, May 22, 2018, meeting, at 6 p.m., at the Miami Township Government Center, 2700 Lyons Road.

The application is for a change to the location of the gymnasium and western parking field.
