[ARCHIVED] Wood chips available in storm's aftermath

Storm damage 09272024

The Miami Township Public Works Department continues to assist residents with debris pickup in the aftermath of the tropical storm. Crews will make one final pass through the township beginning Monday, October 7, 2024, to pick up any remaining debris. Once the final pass is finished, the Public Works project is complete. Rumpke picks up limbs/sticks that are properly bundled and tied securely on their weekly routes.

Wood chips are now available to our residents at Miami View Park, 5911 Munger Road. Chips are available on a first come, first served basis. You need to bring your own lawn equipment to remove the chips (collection receptacles, shovels, spades, etc.)

Public Works would like to thank our community for your patience during this project. We appreciate your kind words and encouragement. As always, please call our Public Works Department with any questions/concerns at (937) 866-4661.
