Miami Township voters gave the Board of Trustees the authority to negotiate natural gas supply rates and electric generation rates on Election Day May 3, 2022. Trebel Energy is the chosen certified aggregator with the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) that will coordinate this program on the township’s behalf.

6/21/2022: PUCO received all necessary applications for consideration as of Monday, June 13, 2022. It takes 30 days to receive a response. The next step forward will be for Trebel to solicit bids for natural gas and electric generation rates.
