Remodeling Designs, Inc. and Miami Township officials celebrated the company’s new headquarters with a ribbon cutting ceremony August 25.
Remodeling Designs purchased the new showroom, office and warehouse facility at 3720 Benner Road in Miami Township to accommodate the company’s growing business. The new space is 8,400 square feet, more than twice the company’s previous 3,700 square-feet leased space.
The focal point of the new showroom is a working kitchen, where customers can try out various features, including Remodeling Designs’ specialty cabinets – a capability that was limited in their previous location. The showroom also features a variety of kitchen and bathroom designs and materials.
“We’re excited to be in Miami Township,” said co-owner Christine Balsan. “We’ve been growing every year, and now we have the office space we need, as well as room for our carpenters to work efficiently. Most importantly, our expanded showroom gives our clients a more visual, hands-on experience in choosing their remodeling designs.”
The increased space also enables the company to add staff, bringing their number of employees to twelve.
