Can I build a shed without a permit?
The Miami Township Zoning Resolution allows for the construction of a shed, 10' x 10' (100 square feet), and no higher than 11 feet without a permit. The township requires that it be placed three feet from any property line. The land between the shed and the property line must be maintained.
