Vehicle Maintenance


The Fleet Maintenance Department, comprised of two full-time staff members, is responsible for maintenance of over 80 Township owned vehicles and equipment. The Township Road, Police, Zoning, and Park departments rely on the Fleet Maintenance Department for routine repairs and preventive maintenance. The department is responsible for routine services on older vehicles, as well as, preparing newly purchased vehicles for operation. The Fleet Maintenance bay is located within the Public Works Facility complex. Due to budgetary constraints, the mechanic staff performs road maintenance functions and serves as regular route drivers for winter weather events.
