There are 14 structures under the control of the Facilities Maintenance Department divided between Administration, Police, Miami Valley Fire District, Roads and Parks. The Facilities Manager is responsible for the daily maintenance of all Township owned structures.
Responsibilities include: Maintenance of electric, plumbing, and HVAC systems, system control scheduling, project management for construction projects, snow removal, facility renovations and preventative maintenance. The Facilities Maintenance workshop is located within the Public Works complex. The department is managed by the Public Works Director.
