It is understood that any group or organization using a Miami Township parks facility will comply with the laws of the State of Ohio, the Township of Miami, and all rules and regulations set forth by Miami Township:
Will be responsible for all persons in the group or organization using the facility.
Assumes liability for any damage done to the facility.
Will observe all rules posted.
There shall be no alcoholic beverages allowed on park property.
Miami Township reserves the right to deny use of township facilities to groups who fail to comply with the rules and regulations set forth.
The organization using the facility is responsible for leaving the area used in a clean and orderly condition.
A completed reservation form and your acknowledgement of indemnity must be provided to our Administration Office before your reservation date is confirmed. You may mail or bring your completed form into our Administration office or email your form to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once received, a member of our staff will confirm your reservation.
Please note, proof of residency may be required to book a shelter prior to April 15 each year.
Some shelters will require a $10 deposit for keys to the restroom facilities. Keys can be picked up at the Administration building no earlier than the week prior to your event. Key deposits must be paid by cash or check and will be refunded and mailed to the applicant's address if keys are returned within 5 days of your reservation.
