The Road Department performs a yearly program of litter control on selected Township roadways. Crews collect debris located within the road right-of-way once each year in target areas. Crews will respond to large items illegally dumped and perform deceased animal control during the entire year as well. The Miami Township Police Department and Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office provide services to the Township various times of the year through community service workers and prisoner detail. These services aid the Road Department with litter control operations and are greatly appreciated.
