Welcome to the Planning & Zoning Department
The department of Planning and Zoning oversees the land use planning for Miami Township and provides a variety of services for residents such as management of lighting and refuse contracts, sending out new resident information, creating streets maps, and enforcement of the Zoning Resolution. The department also works closely with the Zoning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals as support staff.
We require an original signature on all applications. At this time, we are unable to accept any applications online or by fax.
