Spring Valley Pike Widening
Construction is completed for the widening of Spring Valley Pike from Tarpon Bay Drive to S.R. 741. Sidewalks and drainage infrastructure installation was included with this project. This is an Ohio Public Works Commission Grant program that was approved in 2007. $741,000 in grant monies and $247,000 in local match will fund the project that was completed in the Winter of 2010.
Bike Lane Project
At the request of the Board of Trustees, the Road Department contracted the installation of bike lanes in the Exchange at Spring Valley area. The lanes are located on Hunt Drive, Ferndown Drive, Newmark Drive and Gander Creek Drive.
