The Board of Zoning Appeals is a Trustee-appointed panel responsible for hearing all requests of the following items:
The Board of Zoning Appeals meets on the first Monday of every month at 7:00 P.M., unless otherwise posted at the Miami Township Government Center. All decisions of the Board of Zoning Appeals may be appealed to the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.
