Hillgrove Union Cemetery sits on 30 acres of rolling landscape located at 1002 E. Central Avenue in Miamisburg. Established in 1863, it provides a respectful and peaceful setting for local families of all faiths. Dr. John Treon, a founding father of the city, has a prominent resting place on the grounds.
Miami Township and the city of Miamisburg jointly formed a board of trustees in 2007 to provide oversight of cemetery operations. Wade Collins is the cemetery superintendent.
The cemetery Board of Trustees meets on the third Thursday of each month at 8 a.m. at the Miamisburg Civic Center council chamber, 10 N. First Street. Agendas are posted on the city of Miamisburg website:

The cemetery grounds are open daily to visitors. During periods of inclement weather, the grounds may be closed for safety reasons. Cemetery plots and columbariums are available for purchase. Cemetery staff is available by appointment to assist with genealogical research. Appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to change due to burials and cemetery operations. Please call the cemetery with any questions/requests at (937) 866-2263.
